Booking terms for Trusty Transfers
These terms apply when you use Trusty Transfers through our website, booking app, or mobile app.

Using the service
Trusty Transfers provides pre-booked private transfer services and booking management tools.
You must provide accurate passenger, route, and contact details when making a booking.
We may update or refuse a booking if the information supplied is incomplete, inaccurate, or unsafe to fulfil.
Accounts and bookings
You may browse the service without signing in, but an account is required to place and manage bookings.
Bookings currently need to be made at least 24 hours in advance and no more than 30 days ahead.
You are responsible for checking the pickup date, pickup time, route, and vehicle type before paying.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown in the booking flow are route-based quotes for the service requested at the time of booking.
Payment is taken through our secure payment provider before a booking is confirmed.
A booking is not confirmed until payment succeeds and you receive confirmation from us.
Changes and cancellations
You can cancel eligible bookings through the app when the pickup time is at least 24 hours away.
If payment has already been captured, eligible cancellations may be refunded back to the original payment method.
If you need to change a confirmed booking close to the journey time, contact support as soon as possible.
Passenger responsibilities
You must ensure the chosen vehicle matches your passenger count and luggage requirements.
You should provide flight numbers and special requests where relevant so we can plan the pickup properly.
Passengers must behave safely and lawfully during the journey and follow reasonable driver instructions.
Delays and operational changes
We aim to monitor flights and operational conditions, but timings can still be affected by traffic, weather, and third-party disruption.
If we need to make a material operational change, we will contact you using the details on your booking where reasonably possible.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering the booked transfer with reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate booking details, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or third-party failures such as airline disruption.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
